The PST Education Model is a powerful development process designed to help clients discover themselves and experience meaningful transformation in their lives. Through this process, the client:
At the heart of this transformation journey lies the “From Conscience to Character Model”, an original methodology owned by the company that extends from thought to character.
The construction of human character begins in the world of thought. Human beings are among the most complex beings in the universe, and character formation is not a process completed in a short period of time. This structure is shaped by the combination of mental, emotional, and behavioural processes that develop over many years. At the starting point of this development are human thoughts.
Over time, thoughts turn into emotions; emotions turn into actions; repeated actions turn into habits; and habits contribute to the formation of character. However, this process may not always progress in a healthy way. Sometimes a person may not analyse their thoughts correctly; thoughts they assume to be right may be wrong, and thoughts they assume to be wrong may actually be right. For this reason, the transition from thought to emotion is one of the most critical stages of character formation.
Taking all these stages into consideration, we have developed an original seven-stage model that brings together Aristotelian character ethics, cognitive-behavioural psychology, and classical moral psychology within a holistic system centred on “conscience”. This model is applicable, teachable, and sustainable in coaching and workshop settings.
In this original model developed by PST Coaching, an internal evaluation mechanism called the “conscience filter” is used during the client’s process of analysing their thoughts. This approach aims to help individuals evaluate their thoughts in a healthier way and develop more balanced emotional responses from those thoughts.
In the process where emotions turn into actions, the aim is to correctly analyse the meanings individuals attach to events. Incorrect interpretations can lead to unhealthy behavioural patterns. At this stage, coaching support is provided so that the client can establish the relationship between emotion, meaning, and behaviour more consciously.
For actions to turn into lasting character traits, the model works on building healthy habits. The goal is for the individual to develop sustainable, balanced, and strong behavioural patterns.
This model is based on an original approach developed by blending spiritual teachings that centre human potential, moral development, and psychological transformation with the scientific approaches of modern psychology.
The core approach of PST Coaching is to support individuals in making more conscious decisions, managing their inner world in a healthier way, and building strong character throughout this journey from thought to character.
At the foundation of the entire system lies the following transformation chain:
Through this model, every piece of knowledge learned is transformed into practical and sustainable behaviours in daily life.
The client gains awareness by analysing how their thought patterns transform into emotions, and solutions are developed to help them build healthier mental processes.
The ways in which emotions are reflected in behaviours are examined, and meaning-making guidance is provided to improve and strengthen the client’s emotional regulation.
Strategic support and development planning are provided so that the behaviours displayed by the client can turn into lasting character traits.
This entire process is built upon the principles of awareness, conscious choice, transformation, and integration. This is also the reason why the company is named PST - Positive Transformation Coaching.
PST Coaching offers multi-layered modules and courses that address individuals’ different needs and areas of development. Each module and course is designed to support individuals in knowing themselves, developing inner awareness, strengthening emotional resilience, and creating a sustainable transformation process.
Some of our featured modules and courses are:
“Journey of Discoveries” is designed to help individuals know themselves and their inner world more deeply, recognise their potential, discover the areas in which they are open to growth, and enter a conscious transformation process in line with this awareness.
Within this module, a comprehensive and original curriculum consisting of approximately 400 analyses is used. This curriculum is created by blending humanity’s deep-rooted spiritual heritage, character development practices, and modern psychology in a balanced way. For each client who begins the journey of self-discovery, a personalised roadmap is prepared from this curriculum.
This roadmap, created together with expert coaches, includes:
Throughout this process, the client develops stronger self-awareness by expressing their thoughts, emotions, and the changes they notice in their inner world in writing.
“Universe of Emotions” is an original development study in which approximately 200 emotions are addressed in a comprehensive, deep, and holistic way.
In this module, emotions are evaluated together with human nature, character development, inner awareness practices, and the perspective of modern psychology.
The aim is not only for the client to learn each emotion theoretically, but also to observe, interpret, and relate that emotion to their own life experience. For this reason, the process is structured as a powerful inner discovery journey centred on the individual.
Throughout the journey, the emotion the client wishes to work on is first identified. Then the client examines the analyses presented to them and shares their own comments and insights with their coach.
In the next stage, a personalised “emotional development package” is prepared for the client by analysing the following together:
PST Book is a special library prepared to offer a deep, multi-layered, and transformative learning experience based on PST Coaching’s original educational approach.
This library consists of a wide range of content that supports the human inner world, emotional balance, character development, and life skills. The “From Conscience to Character Model”, which lies at the centre of the PST Coaching approach, is the main guiding perspective behind all works in the library.
The content is designed to support individuals in:
Each work in the library is built upon a structure that encourages the reader to think deeply, supports personal transformation, and helps them build a healthier connection with their inner voice.
PST Book is designed not only as a treasure of information, but also as a holistic development space that guides individuals in discovering their own inner truth.
Each title is built on the "From Conscience to Character Model," weaving Qur'anic insight with modern psychology. Tap any book to read the full description.
It is not sin that leads most people astray — it is ingratitude, which renders blessings invisible. Among the most explicit confessions Iblis makes in the Qur'an is this: "You will not find most of them grateful." This statement is more than a threat. It is a declaration of strategy — and embedded within it is the very key to overcoming it.
The Gratitude Shift is an awareness and character-building journey that traces this confession to its source. In this book, gratitude is not treated as a word to be uttered, a fleeting emotion, or an automatic response to blessings received. Instead, it is explored as a foundational state of consciousness — one that shapes how a person sees life, stands in the face of trials, and determines the direction they walk.
This work is structured around two main sections, developed using PST Coaching's "From Conscience to Character Model." In the first section, through deep analysis centered on verse 17 of Surah al-A'raf (7:17), the psychological and behavioral traps Iblis employs as he approaches from the front, behind, right, and left are examined. The goal here is not to instill fear, but to cultivate awareness — for a trap that is recognized no longer holds the same power.
The second section addresses how theory is put into practice. The "Gratitude Workshop" — grounded in verses from Surah Ibrahim (14:7), Surah Luqman (31:12), and Surah Saba (34:13) — is an applied development process aimed at transforming gratitude from thought into action, and from awareness into lasting habit. Accompanying this process are the "Journey Journal," "Workshop Worksheets," "Gratitude Practices," and "21-Day Gratitude Tracker" — all designed to move the reader from passive observer to active participant who makes gratitude a defining part of their character.
The Gratitude Workshop is further enriched by the insights of classical Qur'anic commentators alongside perspectives from modern psychology. The human search for meaning, cognitive patterns, emotional awareness, and behavioral transformation are revisited through a lens stretching from Sigmund Freud and Alfred Adler to Carl Gustav Jung, Carl Rogers, Aaron Beck, and Martin Seligman.
This workshop follows a unique educational model: it begins with concept formation, progresses through verse analysis, cross-referencing, and holistic interpretation, and is organized into intensive, practice-based sessions supported by a facilitator's guide, a Journey Journal, worksheets, and a 21-Day Gratitude Tracking Program.
In short, this is not a book you read and set aside — it is a living guide, one meant to be experienced and returned to at every stage of life. If you are ready to rebuild your life and yourself through The Gratitude Shift, and to guard your heart with greater intention, this journey is waiting for you.
Life often confronts a person with weighty questions: Who are you? Why were you created? What is the purpose of your life? What awaits you after death? These are calls rising from the depths of the heart. As a person heeds these calls and comes to know themselves, they grow in maturity; as they reckon with themselves, they find freedom. And eventually, they understand: the one who knows their own soul, knows their Lord.
This book was written to accompany those who answer this call. The journey is not easy — for when a person begins to face themselves, they often encounter the very parts of themselves they would rather not see. But remember: without self-knowledge, there is no growth. Without knowing the soul, one cannot find the Lord.
The Mirror of Awareness extends you an invitation: an invitation to embark on an inner journey. It holds up a mirror woven from the wisdom of the Qur'an and the Sunnah, interwoven with the insights of modern psychology. Looking into this mirror takes courage — but what you see will set you free. Do not fear confronting yourself. Because the answer you have been searching for most is you, hidden in the depths.
Are you ready to meet your true self?
Human beings are most curious and most open to discovery during their youth. In this stage of life, young people ask many questions. This book was written for those who stand in the middle of questions such as: "Who am I? Where am I going? What am I living for?"
Finding the Person You Were Meant to Be: Identity, Purpose, and Inner Strength is the first stop of a journey. This is a beginning, but not an ordinary one. It is a roadmap for every young person who seeks to discover their identity, self-confidence, inner balance, and search for truth.
Within these pages, you will encounter inspiring stories stretching from the past to the present, opening new windows that sometimes touch your heart and sometimes challenge your mind.
And this is only the beginning — new books, new analyses, and new discoveries are yet to come.
This book explains, in a sincere and relatable language for young people, why we are tested in life, why Allah (swt) puts His servants through various trials, how the prophets remained steadfast in the face of hardship, and how the Qur'an describes the "good human being."
Through Qur'anic stories, it aims to teach young people how to reflect deeply, confront difficult questions, grow through trials, and build a balance between the heart and the mind.
It seeks to become a guide, a companion, and a fellow traveler for every young person who wants to stand strong in life; to keep their heart alive, their faith firm, their self-confidence healthy, and their character on the straight path. It does not merely offer "answers" to young readers, but also provides guidance on the courage and methods needed to live out the truth in everyday life.
The stories of the Qur'an are not merely tales of the past. They are living guides that continue to illuminate the lives of people today. Young people do not only ask, "Who am I?" They also ask, "How should I live this life?", "How will I carry this burden?", and "What wisdom is hidden within these hardships?" This book speaks directly to those questions.
This book brings together:
No matter the culture, religion, or language, what is one of the strongest common bonds that connects people to one another? Emotions…
Emotions are not merely feelings; they are also profound signals that shape thoughts, guide behaviors, and form human identity. As Rumi once said:
"It is not those who speak the same language, but those who share the same feelings, who truly understand one another."
For this reason, we set out from this universal human connection and built a comprehensive "Universe of Emotions," in which hundreds of emotions are analyzed with the aim of speaking to all humanity.
The Traveler is the first step into this universe. This book is not an ordinary study or a conventional work of fiction; it is a psycho-spiritual novel journey that brings together psychology, spirituality, and literature.
The story follows a character named Kerem and his profound inner journey through the metaphysical realm.
Among the wise figures who guide Kerem throughout his journey are:
As Kerem encounters these eleven wise mentors, he learns about emotions such as curiosity, loneliness, anxiety, hopelessness, and courage.
This book was prepared to help individuals recognize their emotions, express and manage them in healthy ways, establish balance within their "emotional departments," and speak more openly and consciously about their emotional worlds.
The emotional department is a vital inner space where conflicts, anxieties, depressive processes, and the intense emotional burdens of modern life take shape. Today, many people struggle to define the chaos within themselves. Anxiety, inner distress, and emotional conflicts often distance people from their true essence.
At precisely this point, this book becomes a guide that reminds its readers they are not alone. If you, too, wish to open the doors of your inner world alongside Kerem, rediscover the meaning of your emotions, and embark on a journey toward your true self, then this book is for you…
Because sometimes, a person does not read a book; they read a doorway opening into their own soul.
The Qur'an's Ten Commandments: A Moral Compass for Life, Universal Ethics for Character offers readers more than a text that merely conveys information; it presents a journey that invites them to discover the unity of divine revelation, how religions complement one another, and why Islam provides the most balanced and comprehensive structure within this whole.
The "Ten Commandments" given to Musa (Moses) (peace be upon him) formed the foundational pillars of morality for many societies throughout history. Holy Qur'an al-Isra expands these pillars with a deeper meaning, transforming them into a holistic guide that embraces the human heart, behavior, relationships, and character all at once.
This work is a powerful invitation for those who wish to understand the historical journey of revelation, and an illuminating guide for those who seek to see that Islam offers far more than rituals — it presents a coherent way of life that approaches the human being as a complete whole.
If you too are searching for peace and meaning, the answer may not be as distant as you think. In fact, it may be closer than ever — waiting for you within the clear and living message of the Qur'an, the revelation that completes the messages before it.
Life is a journey. And on this journey, every person is tested at times with blessings and at other times with hardships. But how should we respond in the face of difficulties? Which door should we knock on during moments of distress, and what steps should we take? These are important questions whose answers must be discovered. In this work, we seek to explore those answers together.
Finding Your Way Through Hardship: Meaning-Making and Psychological Resilience approaches the concepts of trials and difficulties through the lens of Qur'anic stories, examining them from both a scholarly and practical perspective.
In this book, the struggles experienced within the human inner world and the pressures imposed by the outside world are analyzed from multiple dimensions through Qur'anic narratives, verses, prayers, the profound interpretations of classical exegetes, and the perspectives of modern psychology — while also offering practical solutions that can be applied to daily life.
The book examines the themes of hardship and trials through three different workshop models. The primary aim of this uniquely structured work, which speaks to both the intellect and the heart, is to teach how theory can be transformed into lived experience.
In the introduction section, the concepts of trials, patience, trust in Allah (tawakkul), and steadfastness in the face of hardship are explored through examples from the life of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), along with the perspectives presented in Holy Qur'an al-Muzammil and al-Muddaththir.
In the following chapters, readers are given the opportunity to transform theory into practice through three workshop studies prepared around the prayers of Adam (peace be upon him), Yunus (Jonah) (peace be upon him), Ayub (Job) (peace be upon him), Musa (Moses) (peace be upon him), the People of the Cave (Ashab al-Kahf), and a narration mentioned in a hadith of the last Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him).
Each workshop consists of the following ten stages, all explained step by step in detail:
Whether you choose to read and apply it alone, with your family, or together with friends, Finding Your Way Through Hardship is a comprehensive roadmap prepared for those who see difficulties not as dead ends or conclusions, but as gateways to awareness, maturity, inner transformation, and closeness to our Lord.
Inviting readers to reflect, contemplate, and seek understanding, this work whispers the following question on every page:
"What are these trials trying to teach me? What will I gain from them? And how can I apply these lessons to my life?"
This book aims to reexamine the story of Ibrahim (Abraham) (peace be upon him) as narrated in the Qur'an through the lenses of tawhid (divine unity), conscience, character development, and modern psychology.
As readers follow the footsteps of Ibrahim (peace be upon him), they are also invited to recognize the decision-makers within their own inner world, the forces that suppress their conscience, and the false zones of security they cling to. Ibrahim is not merely a historical figure; he is a role model introduced to us by the Qur'an, someone who walked steadfastly upon the path of truth throughout his life. For this reason, truly understanding Ibrahim means understanding the logic of tawhid, the functioning of conscience, and Islam's systematic transformation of belief into character.
The age we live in appears, from the outside, to promise freedom and happiness. Yet deep beneath the surface, a growing darkness spreads — one in which minds and hearts lose their direction, people surrender to false authorities, purpose fades away, and consciences become increasingly silent.
This is precisely why this book seeks to bring one of the Qur'an's timeless narratives together with the questions and concepts of the modern age. Calling to us across centuries, Ibrahim (peace be upon him) is not only the common patriarch of the three Abrahamic religions, but also the shared memory and collective conscience of humanity. To truly know him is to understand tawhid correctly, to hear the voice of truth once again, and to find a firm refuge and direction against the confusion of the modern world.
In this book, readers follow step by step Abraham's view of the universe, his journey toward tawhid, his surrender to God, his struggle against false authorities, his resistance against traps such as manipulation and gaslighting, and the actions through which he awakened consciences.
Each chapter opens a new door for you to turn inward and reflect upon your own inner world. As you read this work — which brings together Qur'anic analysis and modern psychology — you will begin to recognize the psychological games present in social relationships, family life, school, and the workplace, while also discovering the Qur'anic solutions offered against them.
As you read, you will discover:
The Qur'an is a divine message that builds the bond between humanity and Allah (God). The gateway to this divine address is Surah al-Fatiha. This is not a random beginning; rather, it is a threshold where the essential framework of what servitude to God means, how it should be lived, and in which direction it should continue is established.
Al-Fatiha is the key to maintaining the balance between intellect and heart, knowledge and action, fear and hope, this world and the Hereafter.
Revealed as a gift to the last Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) and the believers during one of the most difficult periods of his life, this surah was sent not merely to be recited, but to be lived. It is a magnificent guide of divine direction that enables a person to find their way in moments of deepest hardship, while leading the servant to ask profound questions such as:
To truly understand Al-Fatiha is to shape the very nature of our relationship with the Qur'an. This book approaches Al-Fatiha not merely as a chapter of the Qur'an, but as a guide for life, a consciousness of servitude, and a compass of direction — exploring how its message can be carried into the very center of human life.
A child is one of the greatest blessings granted to humanity on earth. Yet fulfilling the responsibility of this blessing requires not only knowledge, but wisdom. Luqman (peace be upon him), who is described in the Qur'an as a servant endowed with wisdom, offers humanity a unique example through the relationship he built with his child and the advice he gave him.
Allah (God) granted wisdom to Luqman with the command, "Be grateful to Allah," and conveyed his words to his son in the Qur'an as guidance for humanity. Centered around these counsels found in Surah Luqman, this book is a holistic work exploring how family communication and character development can be built upon strong foundations.
The work consists of two main sections prepared according to PST Coaching's "From Conscience to Character Model."
In the first section, the wise counsels that Luqman gives to his child with the affectionate address, "Ya Buneyye! — My dear child!" are analyzed under eight different themes. These analyses, presented within the framework of the "Journey of Discoveries," serve as both a preparation and theoretical foundation for the workshop featured in the second section.
The second part of the book contains a PST Workshop study titled "Family Communication Workshop," which demonstrates how this theoretical framework can be applied in daily life. Enriched with participant journals, worksheets, and practical exercises, this section is specially designed to help readers integrate what they learn into their everyday lives.
Raising a child is not merely about speaking the right words. It is about passing on a way of living, a perspective, and a character. Luqman's counsels in the Qur'an powerfully remind us that morality is not transmitted merely through speech, but through one's way of being and conduct. They show that the heart must be built before obligations are imposed, and that worship without direction is vulnerable to becoming lost and unstable.
This educational understanding, which begins with gratitude, shapes how a child will view life. Tawhid (the oneness of God) establishes one's direction, while the consciousness of ihsan teaches a person to remain moral even when alone. Luqman's emphasis on instilling this awareness before obligations clearly demonstrates why true education must begin within the heart.
In this book, prayer is not presented as a burdensome duty, but as a safe refuge through which a child can establish a secure bond with Allah. Arrogance is addressed not merely as an individual flaw, but as a spiritual illness that damages family and social relationships. Humility and the courage to question one's own ego are presented as essential foundations for healthy relationships.
This work is an invitation for parents, educators, and everyone who carries the responsibility of guidance.
If you, too, long for the guidance of a wise parent speaking to you with the compassion hidden within the words "My dear child!", then this journey awaits you.
Anchors in the Storm: Guidance from the Qur'an's Short Chapters approaches the Qur'an not merely as a text to be recited, but as a call to character development — guiding people to rediscover themselves, understand their inner world, and find direction in life.
The short chapters of the Qur'an are among its most concentrated and concise sections. Though each consists of only a few verses, the depth of meaning they carry is vast enough to encompass human psychology, social morality, and divine order.
Each chapter explored in this book offers, in reality, a map of the human soul and illuminates a different dimension of the heart:
When these chapters are read together, they reveal a single truth: A balanced and awakened heart directed toward Allah (God)…
This work invites readers to revisit the short chapters not merely as texts to be memorized, but as living guides that shape character, build the inner world, and provide direction amid the confusion of the modern age.
Because sometimes, just a few verses can transform an entire life.
The Worth Within: Rediscovering Your Value Through Qur'anic Psychology is designed as a first step for those who have recently embraced Islam, aiming to help them build a strong and meaningful connection with Allah, the Qur'an, and Islam.
This work particularly focuses on the theme of "human psychology in the Qur'an." It explores in detail who the human being is, their value, the different "departments" they possess, their needs and emotions; as well as the nature of their two greatest enemies, the ego (nafs) and Satan, their influence on human beings, the strategies they employ, and how one can struggle against them.
The book approaches the problems faced by today's human being in light of the solutions offered by the Qur'an, explaining in a clear and accessible language how to deal with inner turmoil, negative emotions, and the difficulties of life. It also includes explanations of basic concepts and technical terms for those who are newly introduced to Islam.
The Qur'an is a rope of guidance sent by Allah to humanity. It is a divine guide revealed by Allah to His final Messenger, Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), whose influence will continue until the Day of Judgment. The Qur'an is a great miracle that responds to human needs, directs human searching, and provides the truths required throughout life's journey. Its guidance never loses its validity, regardless of changes in time, place, or era.
One of the most important reasons for this is that while humans change externally, their essence remains the same. The physiological, psychological, spiritual, and emotional needs of people in the past are essentially the same as those of people today. This reality will not change in the future either.
The journey of the children of Adam will continue until the Day of Judgment. Human beings will continue to experience emotions such as fear, anxiety, anger, hope, love, and loneliness; and will continue their struggle with the nafs and Satan. This is precisely why the Qur'an remains alive in every age: it addresses the unchanging nature of the human being.
The Qur'an is a divine mirror placed before humanity so that they may recognize themselves. It teaches a person who they are, why they were created, the purpose of their life, their enemies, and how to draw closer to their Lord.
This book has been prepared as a special guide that addresses everyday problems, emotional struggles, spiritual needs, and the inner conflicts of human beings through a Qur'an-centered perspective enriched with examples from modern psychology.
This work is the first step of your journey to discovering yourself and your inner world.
This work is the second volume of our series titled "Qur'anic Psychology."
In this book, emotions are re-examined from a Qur'anic perspective; their meaning, origin, and place in human life are evaluated in the light of divine guidance.
Human beings are often unable to correctly understand the true causes of the difficulties and emotions they experience. However, a Qur'anic perspective allows us to perceive our inner world with greater clarity. Through this lens, it becomes possible to more accurately identify whether one's sorrow originates from personal choices, the actions of others, or events beyond one's control; thus enabling the development of more appropriate and effective solutions for each situation.
In this book, human psychology is addressed through the guidance of the Qur'an, examining in detail the functioning of the emotional world, inner balance, and psychological well-being. In addition, the state of "tranquility of the soul" (mutma'innah), which goes beyond conventional happiness and is often overlooked, is explored; the qualities of those described as being in this state in the Qur'an and how it can be reflected in daily life are also considered.
“PST Workshop” is a module consisting of topic-specific workshops designed based on the “From Conscience to Character Education Model”. It guides the transformation of awareness and learned knowledge into action and, ultimately, into the person’s character.
This module contributes to helping individuals reveal their potential, increase emotional awareness, and strengthen life skills.
The workshops support participants in expressing themselves, communicating in a healthy way, and transferring what they learn into their lives.
Participants engage in practical exercises on reinterpretation, emotional recovery, goal setting, motivation building, and recognising their inner dynamics. In this way, the difficulties they experience are transformed into opportunities for growth and empowerment.
With approximately 2,000 workshops and content exceeding 200,000 pages, PST Workshop is a multi-layered development system that aims to transform knowledge into life.
Because people often know what is right, but cannot live according to what they know. PST Workshop focuses exactly on this breaking point: transforming knowledge into behaviour, and behaviour into character.
This system brings together fundamental moral values and modern psychology, aiming not only for individuals to understand themselves, but also to transform themselves. The goal is not to increase knowledge, but to rebuild the inner structure of the human being.
Through this process, the participant:
PST Workshop is more than an educational programme; it is a construction model whose beginning is knowledge, whose continuation is awareness, and whose result is character. Because a person is transformed not by what they know, but by what they live.
Each workshop, consisting of approximately 100-120 pages, does not only address the topic at a theoretical level; it also aims to help you internalise it and make it a natural part of your character.
PST Workshop is structured under four main categories:
Although each has different content, they all serve the same goal: creating lasting transformation from conscience to character.
These workshops aim to go beyond understanding the verses and transform them into a livable guide.
In these workshops, the eleven-stage deep analysis process progresses through the following stages:
The mental and conceptual foundation of the study is established.
Each verse is examined in detail in terms of context, word analysis, emphasis, and human development.
How the verses complete one another is shown within a larger network of meaning.
The teachings of commentators such as al-Tabari, al-Razi, Ibn Kathir, al-Alusi, Ibn Ashur and Bediuzzaman are examined separately. It is shown how each commentator approaches each verse, which concept they highlight, which subtle point they open up, which word they focus on, and which historical and theological framework they use.
At this stage, the larger structure seen in the verses is transferred into the human inner world. The chain of the From Conscience to Character Model — Thought → Conscience Filter → Emotion → Meaning → Action → Habit → Character — is built step by step through the analysed verses.
At this stage, the study is deepened through the language of modern psychology, using the approaches of significant psychologists such as Freud, Adler, Jung, Erikson, Carl Rogers, Aaron Beck, and Martin Seligman. The purpose here is not to reduce the verses to psychology, but to make the human truth contained within the verses more visible through contemporary psychological concepts.
The analysed verses are related to the following concepts:
At this stage, the examined subject is explored through figures such as Aristotle, the Stoics, Epictetus, Seneca, Marcus Aurelius, Kant, Kierkegaard, and Viktor Frankl.
This stage is the practical field of the study. Each day of the three-day camp is structured with morning, noon, and evening sessions. In each session, an observation is first made, then a path toward solution is opened in the light of verses and hadiths, and finally practical exercises are carried out.
Inner speech exercises, observation of daily language and intentions, and training examples from family, friendship, school, and work environments are some of these practices.
This stage is the fully applicable professional field version of the camp. It provides in detail the opening and transition sentences the workshop leader will use minute by minute in each session, ways to approach participants who struggle, language for managing overly talkative participants, methods for opening up withdrawn participants, and micro-skills to use in difficult scenarios such as crying, embarrassment, defensiveness, showy reactions, belittling, or mocking.
At this stage, there are page-by-page organised, fillable, and print-ready materials that can be used directly in the field.
In this section, the person sees how to carry this study into daily life. It explains in detail how a person should behave in family, friendships, school, work, community, the digital world, solitude, when praised, when ignored, when successful, and when they feel forgotten. What has been learned is integrated into daily life.
These workshops focus on the questions that occupy the mind and heart of the modern person. Topics at the centre of life — such as relationships, the search for meaning, inner emptiness, finding direction, and the sense of value — are addressed holistically through Qur’anic verses, classical tafsir interpretations, and the methods and approaches of modern psychology.
These workshops also follow the same eleven-stage structure, but their focus is directly on daily life.
Some of our workshops include:
This workshop is a fundamental and highly valuable study prepared to help participants develop deep reflection on the questions: “Who am I? Why do I exist? What is my purpose?” By bringing together the Qur’anic perspective and the methods of modern psychology, it guides individuals in understanding and interpreting their purpose of creation and directing their lives through this perspective.
This workshop aims to help participants discover their conscience mechanisms, practise listening to their conscience, and identify the factors that silence the conscience. It supports the development of empathy and responsibility. It also includes special activity sections that can be practised as a family.
This workshop teaches an awareness-based approach that supports developing a positive outlook on life, appreciating what one has, and strengthening inner peace.
This workshop develops the skills of recognising, managing, and expressing emotions in a healthy way.
This workshop supports participants in managing their emotions in the face of difficulties, developing the ability to wait and be patient, and viewing events from a broader perspective. Within the workshop, the Qur’anic, psychological, moral, and practical dimensions of patience are addressed; practical methods applicable in daily life are taught and practised.
This workshop teaches the balance between the necessity of effort and acceptance of the outcome. Participants learn to distinguish between situations they can and cannot control, and to find peace in a state of surrender after taking responsibility. In this way, anxiety management and the sense of inner trust are strengthened.
The Rida Workshop aims to develop a perspective of acceptance, contentment, and wisdom toward events. Participants experience evaluating not only the visible side of situations and events, but also their deeper meanings. As a result, their ability to adapt to the natural flow of life increases.
This workshop helps individuals restore their inner balance after a difficult process, loss, failure, or situation involving intense stress.
This study offers the client an opportunity to discover themselves. It opens a door for them to feel once again their true worth, the beauty of their innate nature, and the special value Allah, the Exalted, has given them.
PST Coaching School is a transformation-based educational programme that brings together modern psychological approaches with awareness-focused development practices.
Within the courses offered under the programme, participants work on thought patterns, emotional regulation, human behaviours, personality development, and conscious living skills. Participants enter a practical learning process that aims to help them know themselves more deeply and develop healthier patterns of thought and behaviour in their lives.
At the centre of the education is PST Coaching’s original “From Conscience to Character Model”. This model examines the relationship between thought, conscience, emotion, meaning, behaviour, and habits, and aims to evaluate the individual’s character development from a holistic perspective.

The courses within PST Coaching School aim not only to provide theoretical knowledge, but also to transform what is learned into practical skills applicable in daily life.
The programme is designed to support individuals in strengthening their inner awareness, making more conscious decisions, building strong character traits, and using the skills they gain to establish healthier relationships in daily life.
PST Coaching is a transformation-oriented personal development platform that addresses human thought, emotion, behaviour, and character development from a holistic perspective.
By integrating humanity’s deep-rooted spiritual heritage with the methods of modern psychology, we aim to develop an original, effective, and holistic educational model that enables individuals to take a deep journey into their inner world, recognise their true self, and realign with their authentic nature.
By bringing together modern psychological approaches with awareness-based development practices, we aim to support individuals in gaining deeper self-knowledge, establishing inner balance, and making more conscious choices in their lives.
Our “From Conscience to Character Model” offers an original development approach that helps individuals make sense of their inner processes from thought to behaviour.
As PST Coaching, our goal is not merely to transfer knowledge, but to create sustainable spaces of transformation where individuals can turn what they learn into practical skills applicable in daily life.
The mission of PST Coaching is to support individuals in developing self-awareness, managing their emotional and cognitive processes in a healthier way, and building strong character traits.
By integrating the approaches of scientific psychology with human-centred development models, we aim to help individuals develop more conscious, balanced, and constructive life skills in both personal and social relationships.
The vision of PST Coaching is to become a pioneering education and development platform that offers accessible, simple, and practical transformation models in the fields of character development, emotional awareness, and conscious living skills.
We aim to create learning spaces where individuals can access not only knowledge, but also self-awareness, meaning, inner balance, and sustainable skills they can use in daily life.
In this direction, by developing the “From Conscience to Character Model”, we aim to offer a holistic transformation approach that helps people understand their thought, emotion, and behaviour processes and apply this understanding to different areas of life.
